Postbox 1.0 Now Available!

Postbox 1.0

We started Postbox with a simple goal: to help people be more successful and productive, so they can spend less time managing email and more time doing things they enjoy.

Today, we’re proud to announce the availability of Postbox 1.0, a new desktop email application that offers powerful new ways to find, use, and view email messages and content, organize work life, and simply get things done.

        Congratulations on the 1.0 milestone.  I just checked out the Mac trial…  Very impressive!

        I like it better than Apple’s Mail app, however I rely heavily on Smart mailboxes and Rules.  Are there similar features in Postbox?

        Here’s a small suggestion for a future version:  Provide some sort of smooth animation transition when displaying mail messages.  Currently they take a second or two to display and appear somewhat choppy.

            Hello, just gave your email client a try the other day. Not bad. Really. I especially like your clean and understandable interface design. You added some really nice features. Would be nice to include my own Email Templates by simply importing an HTML/CSS file into Postbox.

                Though I see Postbox does not like “’” in subjects, it gets changed to “'”.

                For example the subject is “Will’s Blog” shows up as “Will's Blog” in PostBox.
